Marcus by Goldman Sachs
Journey Map & Data Visualization Design
During my time freelancing at MRM McCann, one of the many roles I took on was creating large-format Journey Maps for new business pitches.Below is an example of the journey map that I designed for the Marcus by Goldman Sachs pitch. I took on the role of both lead Design Director and Creative Strategist, collaborating closely with the CSO and her team. My responsibilities involved breaking down several complex hypothetical customer journeys into a single, easy-to-understand narrative by utilizing data visualization, custom iconography, and visual storytelling.
The map I designed consisted of four panels, measuring a total of 160x84 inches (13.33 feet wide by 7 feet tall). I started the work on a Friday afternoon and completed it by Monday morning, just in time for the afternoon presentation.
