CRM Email Campaigns
While working with SPCSHP (formerly known as Big Spaceship), I had the pleasure of working on the Chase Sapphire CRM account where we cranked out a steady stream of direct emails for both Chase Sapphire Reserve and Chase Sapphire Preferred. As the creative and design lead, I was responsible for designing the UI and creating the component libraries and guidelines for the various email templates.
